I have enjoyed being a real estate agent for 25+ years, not only in the panhandle of Texas, but also in the Phoenix and DFW areas.  I have also been a mortgage lender with a bank, as well as a trainer, recruiter and manager.  I love selling real estate in the Texas panhandle and work mainly in Dalhart, Amarillo and Canyon.

Jennifer and her husband got their first investment property over 10 years ago in Corpus Christi Tx. In 2014, Jennifer and Ben moved back to her hometown Dalhart Texas. In the past 9 years in Dalhart Jennifer and Ben has started their own Rental Business.They have several rental properties in the surrounding areas. Jennifer has been working at the local tax office since 2017 where she learned all the ins & outs of the Texas Property Tax Code, and uses this knowledge to help her clients navigate the learning curve new homeowners face. I have lived in the Texas Panhandle for 41 years. Have been married to my husband of 43 years. We have 3 wonderful children. 5 grandchildren.

My husband and I have been investing in real estate for 39 years.

I worked for 20 years in the banking industry. Last position that I held was Vice President. Studied at St. Edwards University where I got my real estate license almost 9 years ago.
